That's why Heath estimators are totally focused on estimating. Meanwhile, our project managers are free to manage the whole project, undistracted from start to finish, bridging the usual gap between preconstruction and construction.

With this market information we have built sophisticated cost models that are extremely powerful and up-to-date.
