We believe that when project managers are split between estimating and project management, they are unable to be 100% successful at either task. That's why Heath estimators are totally focused on estimating. Meanwhile, our project managers are free to manage the whole project, undistracted from start to finish, bridging the usual gap between preconstruction and construction.

Although more than 50% of our work operates on a design/build or CM/GC basis, we believe that competitive bid work is healthy for our company and beneficial for all of our clients.

Bid work helps us to keep our pencils sharp. It keeps us in touch with the market – always collecting real-time materials and labor pricing. With this market information we have built sophisticated cost models that are extremely powerful and up-to-date. We also maintain close contact with sub-contractors throughout the Front Range who consistently deliver superior quality and competitive prices.
