Thunder Mountain Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Dealership 

Heath Construction was the Design/Builder for this phased project of multiple retail, recreation and service facilities built on a 16-acre site located on I-25 and Crossroads Boulevard in Loveland. The first phase was a 70,000 square foot, $6 million new motorcycle dealership with log accents that created a Colorado mountain style experience. The new facility includes retail showrooms, sales and meeting rooms, storage space, executive offices and a state of the art service and machine shop. The site includes water features and landscaping to complement an outdoor pavilion for concerts and shows and additional phased structures to accommodate retail and service facilities.
