and Parking LotsHeath Construction was the General Contractor for the construction of several phased projects for the Estes Park Urban Renewal Association. These projects included: 1) dramatic streetscape improvements to Elkhorn Avenue including landscaping, decorative lighting, street furniture, decorative paving and improved vehicular and pedestrian circulation, 2) development of the Riverwalk along the Big Thompson River, provides an attractive additional orientation for retail businesses, and 3) development of Riverside Plaza, the gathering place and focus of the Riverwalk for outdoor events and music. Projects were scheduled and completed to work within yearly budget restraints and to minimize impact on the local tourist economy. |
