New light in the dining room.

January 17, 2012

The restored transom windows over the entrance to Beau Jo’s will present a distinguished façade to drivers and pedestrians in the Times Square of Fort Collins – the corner of Mountain and College Avenues.  A new set of awnings will unfurl at shallower angle than the red awnings we remember seeing all these years in front of Beau Jo’s.  With the awnings mounted below the transom windows, outdoor diners will be shaded, but the transom windows will be exposed to sunshine all day long.

The task of restoring the transom windows circling the Beau Jo’s dining room has given us an opportunity to add some artificial light, too.  New entrance lights will make Beau Jo’s even more inviting.
