A new cornice coming to Old Town Plaza.

Our work has finally turned the corner – literally!  We’ve begun working on the eastern side of the Avery Building, facing Old Town Plaza.  Our work on this side of the building will be much less extensive than on the west side.  But this side will also receive a handsome new cornice to replace the one removed many years ago.
 

 
After removing store awnings and paneling, the wall where the cornice will be installed is now exposed.
