The Opera House Galleria
Retail/Office ComplexHeath Construction was the General Contractor on this $3.7 million historical renovation and addition in downtown Fort Collins. This project joined three existing buildings and a new office addition with a glass roofed Galleria and Arcade.
The entire project was designed and built to complement historic downtown Fort Collins and great effort was made to match existing masonry sturctures with the use of a period materials. Many interior features were preserved in the old Opera House and can be seen today. With its distinctive green leaded-glass store fronts, the Opera House Galleria has become a landmark structure in downtown Fort Collins.
