“A 25-Year Partnership
in Estes Park.”


To see the fruits of our 25-year commitment to the development of Estes Park, all you have to do is stroll down the street.  Or along the shore of Fall River as it meanders through town.  Heath has been privileged to be a member of the visionary team that has transformed Estes Park into one of the most popular tourist destinations in Colorado.



The most recent phase of our work focused on the final stage of developing the riverwalk and creating Wiest Plaza.  This was an exceptionally challenging job in the depth of a bitterly cold winter – but a fitting climax to our many projects thus far in Estes Park!  As a result of our work here, Heath was again an AGC Award Winner in 2007.
