What does the word “quality” mean to you?
- If you have a project under way right now, you’re probably focused on quality workmanship on your jobsite.

As construction professionals we focus naturally on the details of each project. But as president of the Colorado Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America, I see “quality” from a different perspective. At AGC Colorado, we’re focused on enhancing the quality of life for everyone in our region. When every construction professional improves, everybody wins.We believe that higher quality construction, combined with intelligent planning, will help bring strong companies, jobs, and greater economic vitality to Colorado.
That’s why we’re reaching out with a bigger program of workshops and online classes than ever before. And for the first time, we’re offering an opportunity for architects, engineers, developers and others to take our classes at member rates.
AGC is also actively engaged at all levels in the state to promote the kinds of projects that will improve our economy and quality of life. We’ve already achieved considerable success, as you will see in the letter from Michael Gifford, executive director of AGC Colorado.
