“Jimmy John’s –
Four restaurant remodels for
a local franchise superstar.”

With four successful remodels (so far), Heath helped build one of the most popular franchises in our community.  The menu is full of gourmet subs and club sandwiches made with the highest quality meats and veggies – “no fake stuff, no additives, no fillers.”  The handsome finish in each store reflects a similar attitude about construction quality.


     
One of the remodels for Jimmy John’s included a complete gutting of the old Hickory House and the installation of coolers, prep areas with extensive plumbing, and the distinctive signage that says “Jimmy John’s.”  This remodel, along with three others on JFK Parkway, College Avenue and South Shields in Fort Collins, have helped propel Jimmy John’s to great popularity and financial success.
