“Panera Café,
Breads of the World.”

Whether you stop at Panera Café for lunch or to choose from an irresistible selection of breads and pastries, you will be awed by this beautiful restaurant.


     
Heath worked closely with Panera Bread representatives to deliver this project on schedule and within budget – despite some formidable challenges.  The construction site was tight and surrounded by other ongoing businesses.  Another tenant finish was in progress simultaneously in the same building.  And the construction schedule was aggressive.   
  
           

The result: a spectacular success.  The 4,835 square-foot facility includes a commercial kitchen with food prep areas, walk-in cooler and freezers, dining room and fireplace.  The on-time completion of this $450,000+ tenant finish transformed Spiro Palmer’s former floral shop into an instant favorite for fine baked goods, a casual meal or an indulgent snack.
