“King Soopers.  A local retail landmark transformed –
while you were shopping!”

Managing a remodel in a building that is occupied with customers is a challenge that requires experience and great skill.  Fortunately for King Soopers, Heath has what it takes to ensure customer safety and convenience while moving the job forward on schedule.
 
      

The $2.2 million, 55,000 square-foot remodel on Elizabeth in Fort Collins has given the surrounding community a 21st Century shopping experience.  Renovations included new flooring, ceilings, fixtures and refrigeration.  Most of the roof was replaced, and the site was improved.  Approximately 5,000 square-feet of the store was demolished and rebuilt, including exterior walls and the roof structure.  Overall, the store was expanded by more than 10,000 square-feet – while it remained open in daily operation.
