“King Soopers’ new
flagship store will energize North Fort Collins.”

You may have noticed Heath Construction signs at both the new King Soopers store going up on North College and the recent remodel on Elizabeth.  These are actually two of four projects Heath has handled for King Soopers during just the past year.
 

      
The new King Soopers flagship store on North College – the largest of all King Soopers stores in Fort Collins – is especially gratifying, but not just because of its immense size.  This 123,000 square-foot store will boost the economic vitality of North Fort Collins, and we’re proud to play a key role in bringing this about.
        
According to Jeff McEnaney, King Soopers project manager, “Heath was selected because it’s a company that has the experience, qualifications and integrity to help improve an area of Fort Collins that has been overlooked for years. North College Market Place will be the first major North College redevelopment project.”
