Whether we’re working in a brewery, a Class 10 clean room, or an office complex, facility maintenance projects present special challenges.  They often arise with little warning, in response to the evolving needs of local operations and staff.  The construction timetable is usually tight.  Safety is always critical.  And preventing disruption and distraction among employees working nearby is invariably a high priority as well.
