Heath’s work at Sam’s Club in Fort Collins demonstrates our ability to apply the rigorous discipline of “big box” construction to a small project. With interior and exterior renovation, we refreshed the presentation of the “Sam’s Club” brand and made the site more convenient for customers. The construction itself was straightforward; our challenge was completing the work while the store was open for business.


Whether we are working in a school, medical facility, public space or retail store, the presence of customers requires relentless attention to safety. There is no room for error.

Meanwhile, we must also balance the needs of the owner to conduct business “as usual.” This is vital to avoid interruptions in business and a potential loss of customers to competitors.
